“It’s been great. I like the whole thing, from the ease of ordering to the way they worked with me when I decided to add options to it, to the heavy duty quality of the fryer . There was nothing I did not like, but I can think of a couple of options I would like to see. Some kind of rack you could put over the top of the pot so you can let the basket or the turkey stand sit on it and drain. I also think they should make an optional thermometer holder that can be adjusted accurately.”
“I have to be honest when I say that I was expecting more than I got. The overall quality of the pot does not meet the price point. The fit and finish was sub standard - edged were sharp logo was off center and looked cheap. Which kinda made sense when I realized the product was NOT made in the USA. Luckily the turkeys came out pretty good which is why I’m giving 3 stars. At this price point the basket and a thermometer should be included at the least.”
Sorry you feel this way. Our cookers are build in Louisiana, except for the pot and lid itself, which comes from a factory in Central America(not China). Unfortunately, there is not factory capable of building our sized pots in USA. But the rest of the cooker(which is what our technology is) is made in our factory in Louisiana. As it is 90% hand made, we do have the price at a point that keeps us profitable, would love to have a lower price so that we could be more competitive to the China subpar built products, but it is what it is.,Management,clientresponse
