“Does exactly what it says, boils in under 10 minutes and re-boils in under 3. Check your sides (potatoes, green beans, Artichokes, ect.), I disintegrated them in my first boil! Dialed down the heat, once we hit a rolling boil, on my second boil and all was well. I'm not sure I've ever seen a cooker reach a true rolling boil before this one.
