“Great Product, This cooker performs as advertised. Full rolling boil in 7.5 minutes with a re-boil time under 3 minutes. Well built, ordered online and picked up next day. I went with the 1.5" drain valve and use a sump-pump hose. 120qt pot drains in under a minute and makes washing easy.”
