“Absolute game changer for boiling Crawfish! Roiling Boil in under 6 minutes and it never lost it’s boil after adding a full sack to the pot! The Pot is very well constructed and the only minor modification I would like to see is a slightly heavier construction on the Basket. That being said, it all functions perfectly.”
“Purchased April 1, 2023. Pot and burner perform as advertised. The build quality of the pot and integrated stand is very good. However, the design and build quality of the 120qt basket is very disappointing for the price point and advertised cooking capacity of approximately 65 pounds of seafood for this pot. The basket is thin and deforms easily. Use of a Basket Buddy deformed two of the holes in the basket with only 36 pounds (one sack) of crawfish in it at Easter boil. At a larger boil where I had to boil several sacks of crawfish, I tried to boil 46 pounds in the first batch. Removal of the basket with 46 pounds caused the basket to warp out of round. I had to bend it back into shape to fit back into the pot to finish my boil. I cut back to boiling 30 pounds at a time after that. I am not confident in putting more than one sack at a time in this basket which defeats my purpose of upgrading to this 120 qt. from my old 80 qt. pot and am disappointed that I will likely be shopping for a replacement basket for what otherwise appears to be a lifetime pot in a couple of years.”

This past January we found a batch of our baskets were produced with incorrect thickness, which is why you had the issue. We will be replacing these baskets for any customer that experiences the issues you reported at no charge, as we are aware of the batch of cookers that were effected. “Amazing product. Gets to a rolling boil in less than 6 minutes. The customer service was off the charts as i had a late night issue and they helped me through it for my boil the next day.”
“Worked exactly as advertised, water boiled so fast that I had to turn the heat down to prevent overflowing. Literally cut my crawfish boil in half time wise. No more waiting 30 minutes to get a rolling boil. After adding the bugs amongst other side items, came right back to a rolling boil in like 2 mins. So glad I made the purchase, only 1 downside and frankly it’s not even a huge deal. I did sorta miss the bracket on the lid to hang off the pot and the brackets on the basket for easier draining when pulling the basket out. Neither of those two misses takes away from the high quality of this cooker.”
“This cooker is amazing! Our boil
was done in half the time. Time it takes to boil and re-boil are spot on. Not only times are accurate but propane consumption was also minimal. The flavors in the seafood were absolutely delicious. The shrimp done with the crawfish really soaked up flavors. We also purchased the boil boss to go with our pot and it works wonders. After the boil time was done I put the boil boss on and let the water run for five minutes. Turned off the water and started my soak time. By the time soaking time was done nothing was floating. No need for ice!!! Lastly thanks Jay!! You guys provided excellent customer service.
