“Very happy with Ryot products so it’s disappointing that I have to leave a negative review. Product arrived damaged, no response after 4 emails, which is the only option to contact them. Still haven’t heard a reply, their phone number tells you to email them. I’ve disputed with my credit card company.”

“Not a fan. It is not discreet in the escaped weed aroma department. Then, open one way for the bat, and the other for the stash. A divot in the sides and a centered screw and you're there. Speaking of centered, the bat is average at best and the hole drilled through the length isn't centered. Maybe scrap that idea about divots and centered... yeah. I get that if I have a great dugout with an average bat, maybe I'll upgrade the bat through the company that sold me the really, really nice dugout. I'm not that guy. I already had an exceptional dugout, but it wasn't wooden. I wanted to try a high-quality wooden dugout, and RYOT came up in several internet searches. Tried it, several times, and it's back to the aluminum gem. Bummer.”
