“This utility tool is FAR from a pocket item. Being that is the way it is advertised is wrong and that's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Overall it is a great item but way to big to carry in your pocket.”

“Tell customers how to loosen it up, oil it, and break it in. Offer them it the same shades as the dugout and bat.”
