“It's nicely made, and feels high quality. But I feel it is a bit too expensive for what it is. Basically offering much the same design that you see elsewhere. I don't think it feels as artisan custom built as the price reflects. It is made in Taiwan FWIW so probably massed produced. The inner tray also was too easy to scratch when I tapped out my Kannastor grinder on it. Closed and sitting on my bar top, it does look elegant, so for that appeal I am happy. I guess I'm saying that at its price point I probably would have just paid a bit more and had a really nice custom built one.”
“The box came in after about a month and a half of talking with customer service to even find my order and get it sent to me. And when it arrived a jar inside was smashed and my hinge was loose. When I contacted them for a refund they wanted to make it right with better product. I asked for a refund and have yet to receive one. Don't buy anything from here.”
“Everything is sold. I love the walnut, especially the rolling tray. I'm glad it has a lock on it but the key moves a lot when unlocking/locking. But everything goes together.”
