“I received a defective product- my grinder is loose around the jar area causing it to fall apart in a bag, exposing the ground contents. Not fully functional at all.”
“I'm flat broke and broke my grinder. The last 10 years I've only used these grinders. I knew I couldn't afford one of them. I went to the website just to check them out and probly order a old school none kief grinder then I found factory seconds. Couldn't believe the price, plus anyone that uses a grinder every day is going to scratch these anyways so what's the big deal if they come with one. Will definitely order factory 2nds in the future if I end up breaking another grinder.”

The grinder itself works great too. It feels a little over-engineered, especially when youre disassembling it for a courser or finer grind, but its a beautiful product and grinds super efficiently.
I bought this as a gift to my boyfriend, but I would definitely order one for myself.”
“If the item I received is a "second", I couldn't imagine what kind of quality control you have. The grinder I received was in absolutely perfect condition and functions beautifully. I couldn't find a scuff or scratch anywhere. The only way I could tell it wasn't new was because the packaging seals were broken. The grinder has a nice hefty weight to it and performs perfectly. I love the "fine" grind option and the storage function(s) as well. This is a great bargain on an excellent product.”
