“The quality of the actual grind is great. The actual grinder however feels a bit cheap when grinding or moving around plates. Also, the keef collecter guitar pick is very inconvenient as all of the keef just falls onto it and therefore makes my fingers all keefy when I try to pick it up and scoop it around. I would much much rather prefer a traditional brush. Also, it is disappointing to find out how impossible it is to grind the fine weed over the medium holes, as they should fit easily through the larger holes, but never do.”
“I requested a refund before it was charged or shipped… the company shipped it anyhow… it came in damaged and refurbished, despite paying full price for a new one…. The grinder is to large, not user friendly, terrible customer service, wouldn’t even let me return the terrible product….. I would rather light 100 dollars on fire than buy from this company again.”
