“The first HeadCase I purchased had a manufacturer issue where the zipper completely pulled away from the case. I reached out to Ryot and they were super responsive and helpful and sent me a new case to make up for that issue. My new case hasn't had the same issue at all and I've had it for longer than the original one. So, I would highly recommend this product. It makes a massive difference for smell in your home and my vape fits in it nicely. Customer service is also above reproach.”
