“The button to turn on and use the unit is mushy and doesn't work correctly and you doesn't not have the tactile feel the other one does. I have tired contacting customer server thru the webpage at Ryot.com and no no one has contacted me back. This is my 2nd unit and doesn't work like my first one I purchased in June of 2023.”
