“Lopsided shade: on unboxing the lamp it became clear that the lamp is defective. The shade is on a slant. Getting the lamp returned is proving challenging and Heal’s are pushing it over to the delivery company who only deliver/collect one day a week. Time to find a new retailer we think after years of being loyal customers !!! Very disappointed with Heal’s.”
“I recently purchased the lamp, and I am extremely disappointed with the product and the service I have received. The lamp arrived in a large box, but the packaging inside did not secure the lamp properly. Additionally, there were no instructions or design sheet included.
Upon setting up the lamp, I noticed that the lampshade was not level, which is unacceptable for a product at this price point. Furthermore, the technical support provided was inadequate, and customer service has not responded to my communications regarding a replacement or a refund.
For the price of this product, I expected much better quality and service. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.”
