“The bulb has not arrived yet. Hopefully today. The service to locate my lamp and bulb (sent separately) was not very helpful. As the bulb had not arrived they sent me a new one which they said was a goodwill gesture. Not really Heal’s needed to provide it! However love lamp.”

“Bulb came a good month before lamp which we are awaiting a replacement for - called and been expecting a text about delivery of replacement and collection of one received - perhaps that could be chased up”
