“So disappointed… love the lights & we ordered 2. On arrival they were both in damaged boxes that fell apart & on inspection both lights were damaged & the lantern supports/ screws to attach the lampshade to the stands, did not fit through the pre drilled holes, so the lights could not be assembled. We contacted customer support who arranged for 2 replacement lights to be sent, but yet again we were unable to assemble the lights because the screws would not fit in the pre-drilled holes. So disappointed & surprised… this is the first purchase we have made from Heals & mistakenly thought they were a quality brand…. these lights are clearly not & certainly not worth the price. Awaiting full refund.”

“The lamp is beautiful but does not assemble properly. Great customer service to arrange for a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement has the same fault.”
