Bought this as a display model, and glad I did I didn't pay full price. Looks good but very easily marked on a grey coloured areas the top and drawers and the legs while stylish feel rather flimsy.

The design looks pleasant but I'm not impressed with the build quality of the table relative to its price. Having used it now for nearly a month, my 3 areas of critique are: 1. The top is very easy to scratch. I understand no table is made indestructible, but I would think a premium office desk surface should be painted/coated to be more resistant to micro-scratches from items that are hardly abrasive. For example, moving my laptop that has rubber 'legs' or moving a porcelain cup across the table both left small marks. I got a protective mat to cover the most used surface. 2. The table lid makes a crackling noise when you rest your elbows on it even lightly - as though there is some movement between parts inside. 3. The legs allow for some movement even through the bolts/screws holding them in place are tightened to the max of my ability (note: I tightened further after the table was assembled by the delivery team) The table arrived with a few micro-cracks on the sides, which may certainly be transport/handling causes, but look suspicious as they were in the same place in opposite sides of the table. A design improvement would also be a slightly higher position of the drawers or a more shallow design. At present there is very little clearance between the legs and the bottom of the drawers, which means average-height users can't cross their legs and would need to pull their chair well back before standing up.

The desk itself is very nice but there are two small scratches on the top - not ideal to start out like that - other than that it’s very pretty.
