“I really like the design and comfort of this chair. However was VERY disappointed when it arrived. We had understood, when we ordered the chair in cognac that the whole chair would be one colour. It is actually two tone cognac. We raised this issue with the Heals salesman, who tried to defend himself. IF you are buying this chair, think VERY carefully about the two tone nature of the colours, especially those that have the same name.”
