“When this sofa was delivered in November, the fabric was damaged in places and then the sofa snapped down the middle within two days. It took Heals three months to replace it. Now after just two months with the new sofa, two of the feet have come loose and fallen off because the threading is completely shot. When I spoke to Heals recently to ask for a collection and refund, I was told this would not be possible as it was delivered more than 14 days ago! I've now emailed photos and am awaiting a response, but in the meantime we are five months into this saga and I have an upturned £2k sofa in my sitting room that no one can safely sit on. Really really poor.”
