“In theory, this should be a great piece of furniture. In practice, the first unit delivered was damaged across the front before being packed at the factory and had to be replaced. The second unit I received turned out to have a damaged door. Heals arranged for a repair to be carried out by Castelan, which has been done. Pleased with the unit but frustrated with the lack of quality control. Customer Services were very responsive and I now have what I wanted.”
