“Had my eye on this for a while and so glad we went for it! We love it over the kitchen island ( no appliances on island!) So many ‘ I love it’ comments- Christmas everyday- sparkly & twinkly but in a low key way! Kitchen island very simple and so light adds a bit of interest.”
“After the 3rd Supernova Long light and 2 Hamilton’s dimmer switches which has taken 7 months, we now a light that works with a dimmer and 4 visits by our electrician.
1st light which was badly tarnished was replaced by a 2nd light fitting.
We then had to identify was the light fitting or dimmer switch not functioning.
So we had to purchase a 2nd Hamilton’s brass dimmer and a 3rd replacement light fitting was sent.
The 3rd light at last worked with the 1st Hamilton dimmer.
However we need not have purchased either of the Hamilton’s dimmers as light would have worked with the Varlight dimmer we originally purchased.
It has been an absolute nightmare.
We have received a refund of the 2nd Hamilton’s dimmer and a very small amount of compensation which we had to request several times.
Would I purchase from Heals again …. Probably not.”
“First light fitting replaced due to finish imperfections. Replacement was arranged by Heals In Fenwicks Newcastle and was straight forward including collection of faulty light.
Much happier with 2nd light fitting yet to be installed in dining room by electrician.”
