“The colour is a bit duller than I had expected and hoped for. The product itself looks nice but the mottled area is showing fluff that won’t come off - that is very disappointing. Thankfully we could turn the rug so it isn’t under foot often but frankly I think a rug is meant to be used (i.e. trodden on). Delivery was just awful but that’s another whole saga. Not great Heals!”
