“This 'purchase' proved to be another example of the terrible customer service from Heals. This premium store has beautiful products but its quality control and customer service are very poor. A first lamp delivery eventually arrived broken into pieces weeks after the promised delivery date. A second lamp delivery again arrived later than promised and again broken. Purchase at your peril.”
“I love the lamp but a huge shame it took so much longer to receive than I was originally told. It was purchased as a gift and I was told it would be with me within two weeks (at the latest!) but took twice as long, if not longer so the gifting was ruined. The communication on all this was non-existant and despite a follow up in-store and online, I was just met with vagueness. All very strange as Heal's are normally so great on this sort of thing.”
