“We went into Heals a month before Christmas and fell in love with these glasses. We took several with us with a mixture of champagne flutes, tumblers and some wine glasses, and had to order the rest. We have been stung before, so I told the assistant that if they weren't to be delivered before Christmas, we didn't want the whole lot. She said she had checked, they had them in the warehouse, and would be delivered the following week.
Stupidly, I fell for it and ordered. When told they were out of stock, I said to take the whole lot back, but because it had been done as a part-taken with us and part-ordered, we were told it was impossible. After multiple delays (I could have ordered them next day delivery from the manufacturer, but kept being told they were coming in, they were eventually delivered IN APRIL 2024!! Now they have asked me to rate them, but the minimum is one star unfortunately.”
