“Ordered two Butterfly chairs and waited eagerly for 6 weeks. When the chairs arrived,although the chairs themselves were good quality, the manufacturers had fitted additional 'feet' to the legs (well, one was missing completely so the chair didn't sit properly), which were fitted in varying degrees of 'off-centre'. They looked as though they were not designed for these chairs and ruined the look. Such a shame. I have some lovely Fermob chairs with perfectly fitting protective ends to the legs, they fit exactly to the diameter of the legs.
It took several emails and a phone call to Heal's before they agreed to pick the chairs up, without a note of interest in our issue or apology. The chairs sit in their box several weeks on awaiting pick up and refund.
Such a shame and very disappointed in the customer service from Heal's.”
