“The furniture is good but the customer service was terrible. The item was in store with a ticket price of £919. But it is not available to collect in store; the only option is to pay £79 for delivery so it is not possible to buy the item for the advertised £919. I decided to buy anyway but stressed that delivery could only take place after 4pm and was advised that this would be no problem. Upon contacting the courier, they refused to deliver other than in the morning which I advised them might be problematic but they assured me that it would not be a probelm. The courier arrived and refused to drop the item as he couldn't park legally as I had warned would be the case. A second delivery date was arranged meaning a second morning of me waiting in but, in fairness, this time the delivery took place without issue.”
