“We liked the lamp we saw in the shop and had to wait quite a while for it to be delivered. Would not have minded waiting had the lamp been anywhere the same. I am aware that two handmade items are never exactly the same but this one was completely different in colour. It was a disappointment. However the original lamp was still on display and they let us have that one. We are well satisfied with it. All is well that ends well!”
