I was rushed out the store as they were closing even though I wanted to purchase something and told to order online.
I ordered online in January and was advised an 8 week lead time. 8 weeks turned into 7 months and once I was finally given a delivery date, on the day before I received an email saying they couldn’t find my item and weren’t able to proceed.
Eventually a few weeks later after chasing they “found my item” . The mirror finally arrived albeit with some scratches and slight imperfections but because of the 7 month saga I literally ran out of will power to even bother trying to get them to replace it. Constant calls chasing for updates and emails and generic replies and just overall poor poor customer service from Heals. Honestly go direct to brand if you can or find another retailer because it’s not worth the hassle.”
