“Build quality on this item is very poor. I already had a battle to get one replaced as it was even worse than the one I have received, which is not perfect, but I can’t be bothered to have another battle with Heal’s to return it.
First time I have bought something from Heal’s and it has been an extremely disappointing experience.”
“Sent me two bedside cabinets, one of which was of poor quality. Brought to their attention immediately and for some time they tried to fob me off with an inspection and repair rather than the replacement I requested. I had to assert my legal rights. Hopefully a better quality one will arrive in 10 September.
Really poor customer service.”
