“Difficult to review something that you do not own, as the chairs have not arrived, nor have we received notice of when they will be delivered. The judgement of very poor is really for the unbelievable incompetence of Heal’s delivery service. We were given notice of a delivery of a sofa and a table, which we bought at Bicester outlet centre on January 4, but the message did not refer to the chairs which we bought with the table. I contacted Heal’s and spoke to somebody who seemed quite helpful, but nothing has happened to sort out this mess. My wife contacted the outlet store on Tuesday 22nd and was told the chairs had arrived there and were awaiting collection and delivery. We have heard nothing since, except the message to which I am responding now, asking us to review goods we have not received”
