“I'm absolutely delighted with the Heals lights and overall quality of the product - they perfectly complement my existing chandelier and standing lamp from the same range.
However, I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received regarding delivery. I ordered and paid for the lights in September 2025, and was assured they were in stock with a delivery time of just a few days. Imagine my surprise when I received an email pushing the delivery to December - I reluctantly accepted this revised date, hoping to have my room complete for Christmas.
Sadly, the delivery saga didn't end there. Despite further updates, the items didn't arrive until December 27th - a far cry from the promised December 20th delivery date. I feel this is unacceptable service from a brand like Heals.

I wish I'd been given a clearer picture of the delivery timeline upfront. It would've allowed me to make an informed decision about whether to proceed with the order or explore alternative options.
