“This desk has been a nightmare! I received two desks (one as a replacement), both had to go back due to serious quality control issues. The first desk had a split in the top and was bowed at two corners. Both desks made an awful creaking noise if a small amount of pressure was applied, like placing a hand on the desk. The first delivery team also used the wrong bolt to attach the desk to the legs, taking one bolt from one part of the desk and ramming it into another, because it was missing a screw when it was delivered. They did this without my knowledge or consent. The second desk the holes in the top did not align. I've not even received my money back for the delivery, even though both desks were defective. In the end I paid out money, got no desk due to defective products, and have lost money in the process. I was stuck with faulty desks in my flat from 13th March to 24th April waiting for Heals customer service to go back-and-forth over emails, and then the delivery service DRS Delivery had poor availability for pickups. This has been a terrible product and a terrible experience. AVOID!”
