“Ordered 5 mugs to collect from store. Only after paying was it stated that it would take 4-6 weeks, which seems ridiculously long for such a simple order. Two arrived at 6 weeks, the rest took over 7 weeks. Talking to friends, this is a pretty common experience. First time I have ordered anything with Heal's, won't be doing it again. Avoid.”
