“To date, we have ordered 12 each (4 packs of 3) Dexcom G6 Sensors. Of those, 2 have malfunctioned. Whenever we call the Dexcom helpline we are placed on hold for a very long time and have not been able to complete the call due to the wait time. The fact that the battery is not rechargeable is also of concern. The product does seem to work well but they are rather costly so having some malfunction is not acceptable.”
