“Called to place the order direct. Paid for 2nd day shipping and was assured it would be delivered on Thursday. I had received no tracking info by Wednesday so I called/ the order had not shipped yet. I was aasured it would ship on Thursday (two days late) and deliver Saturday. I finally received it on Monday. I paid $45 for overnight and they didn’t offer to refund expedited shipping cost or anything. Major inconvenience. They apparently don’t inventory products and reply upon the manufacturer drop shipping. I was very disappointed with their service and customer support”
“So, communication is key to great business, and i ordered two hoses, and found out i only needed one, so i was able to call, they actually answered the phone, and cancel one of the hoses. No issue, no hassle, they refunded my original purchase price, sent the other hose out, all good. What more could you ask for, really. Great people, great company.
