This pillow helps me greatly with my sciatica! It gives me immediate relief. This is a must for anyone suffering from back pain.

I love the color and the soft cover but the cushion itself is harder than a rock. It does not compress at all so it is pretty much unusable for my use. Did I get a defective one? This can't possible help anyone that needs to slightly elevate one knee. Clearly this is for use only between your legs. Not what I hoped for. Fortunately, I was able to go to Macy's and find one that looks just like it that compresses wonderfully. This would cost too much to return. I'm okay keeping it because I can use the very cute cover on my Macy's cushion, I suppose.

Dear Joni, I am so sorry to hear that our pillow was not a good fit for your needs. Yes, it is firm and this is on purpose. The density of our foam is ideal for most adults but may be too firm for petite individuals. During this product's development we tested multiple types of memory foam and discovered that memory foam pillows which were on the soft side went completely flat when placed between the thighs or knees of average adults, allowing the knees to touch. That was uncomfortable and defeated the purpose of having such a pillow. And yes, this pillow is intended to be used by side sleepers, placed between your legs or knees, as our pictures demonstrate. We stand by our guarantee - you are welcome to return the product to us within 30 days for a full refund for any reason - no questions asked. If I can be of any assistance, please do not hesitate to let me know! Warm regards, Wendy Founder and CEO Huggaroo
