“Very soft outer covering. Allow yourself 15-20 minutes to get the inner weighted blanket inserted into the covering and tied properly so the blanket won't detach from the covering during sleep. (Ingenious design, just takes a little time to set up.) The main concern after initial use is that the internal granular weights shift around a fair amount during the night. You can always rebalance this in the morning, but so far it has meant that there is more weight towards the bottom of the bed/blanket as the night goes on. This would be my only hesitation in buying this item again.”
