Hi Nathalie, We have checked and can see that you ordered this item on March 13th - it was shipped to you the following day and you have requested that it be delivered to a DPD pick up shop where it currently awaits collection - see DPD dashboard message below: Delivered to requested DPD Pickup Shop Premier 162 Roman Road London E2 0RY It has been waiting collection all week and DPD advise that it will be returned back to us if not picked up before Wednesday 23rd March.
