I ordered a Bugaboo black parasol and I received an icandy one which is incorrect. I emailed the Huggle Team on Thursday 24th March and again today and I haven’t even received a response back, you can never get through to customer services so frustrating, Mrs Julie Campbell

II am very happy with delivery time and product itself. Unfortunately, it had some little holes, not sure why. I attached photos. I would expect that on such an expensive item. I hope it won’t become a bigger hole while using.

I have been emailing the Huggle Team since Thursday 24th March regarding my incorrect order approx 4 emails and I haven’t received one response back yet so frustrating, will certainly not be using this website again, Mrs Julie Campbell

Although my order was delayed by a few weeks, the customer service I received from Kori regarding expected delivery time was excellent and really reassuring. A really hard working and reliable member of staff and a credit to the company.

Sad I have to leave any stars. I, like most of the other reviewers have had bad experiance with Huggle I ordered a cot a month before my baby is due on 7 day delivery pfft how misleading. I'm now due in 7 days and no cot the only good thing about it is the instant messaging Korina was great trying to sort it for me but in the end refunded me I've now ordered elswhere.

Purchased a couple of their Scandi chic toys for my toddlers and both me and my kids are satisfied. Really high quality toys. Would definitely buy again.

I buy my kids' skincare products from Huggle. I especially love their Neals Yard powder and creams, very suitable for my babies' skin and I get them for really good prices. Super recommended.

Avoid at all costs. We waited to leave this review for balance, to remove emotion and weigh up any pros. No item received, no information given unless constantly chased, the same excuses used with other reviewers over many months, no communication after requesting a refund and a newborn without a central item ordered months before is appalling. If we had noticed Huggle received approximately 30-50% of their reviews as 1 star over many months on Google, Trust Pilot and other review sites, we would have avoided them as this showed it was not short-term and despite the same repeated excuses on reviews the issues have not rectified. I have never left a 1-star review on any site previously but can’t see how it can be more. We ordered a large essential item for our new arrival months ago. As soon as we ordered, we received a generalised document that it was delayed due to covid in the workplace (website still said 1-week delivery). We were sceptical of their excuse due to the many online negative reviews for this over many months. Over the months, this shifted from covid within the workplace, to the order is damaged once delivered (so it wasn’t in stock like they said?), to being sent again on a specific date, to further delays each time it was supposed to arrive, then silence after requesting a refund. The initial communication was positive; however, this rapidly disappeared into chasing over time and went on to zero response after requesting a refund. This was a huge stress to first-time parents, who were still working, decorating parts of the house and purchasing important items for a newborn.

Awful company, frauds, I ordered a yoyo buggy and accessories, was told there’s covid in warehouse then was told items delayed in China, then was told they don’t have my colour and will I accept the colour they have in stock then was sent a delivery date and tracking number BUT dpd still haven’t been handed the parcel. What the actual hell is going on? I’ve reported them tj trading standards, the police and companies hiuse and I’m ready to get into the car and drive down to there many addresses they have listed. Fuming is a understatement

We had a really good experience with huggle recently when purchasing a micros scooter for our daughter. The item was delivered to us with a next day service. Our daughter has been scooting about ever since. Very happy Johnson family. Thank you.

Ordered product 13th August 5-7 days delivery. No where on there site does it say delivery timescales affected as they are moving stores. Chased delivery to be told this, asked to be escalated to a manager (Christos) who is apparently the only manager (no one above him...) He advised that it would be shipped out direct from suppliers 27th August and would be with me early WC 29th August. No order revived, no response from Christos... called useless support (sorry customer support) to be advised that it hadn't even been shipped?!? No reason at all other than Christos had tried (must of forgot the communication part...) Left a review on their page to warn others, and within less than 2 mins it was removed and i was blocked and messaged to say they are sending a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We paid for a Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair that never came. They sent bogus dispatch emails with fake courier tracking numbers, told lies about when it would be in stock (we had no idea it wasn’t in stock when we ordered) and fobbed me off over and over again. After chasing the order for 2 months via several emails and calls I finally got our money back, but only because I completely lost my temper. This company is an absolute joke. Do not give them your money! Bought the same chair from Pramworld and it came within 2 days!
