I learned a lot from the instructor, Michael Hurley, on how to improve my business writing (like spend more time to think about writing strategy and understand my audiences first before doing the actual writing. Proper use of the Subject line will help audiences to decide to continue to read more or less of my email. By precise/simple is better in writing).”
