“I found the four sessions of this training extremely illuminating and helpful. MJ did a great job of breaking down the essential elements of good business communication into digestible elements that could be easily remembered and applied. The brief reviews at the beginning of sessions 3-5 were great, and the hands-on applications that ended each session reinforced the principles taught (although it was humbling being one of the examples). All in all, a worthwhile investment of 8 hours. I'd give it an A.”

“Better Business Writing class teach by Hurley Write, Inc. is a very useful class. I learned a lot from the instructor, Michael Hurley, on how to improve my business writing (like spend more time to think about writing strategy and understand my audiences first before doing the actual writing. Proper use of the Subject line will help audiences to decide to continue to read more or less of my email. By precise/simple is better in writing).”
