“Outstanding course with a lot of good information provided. This was presented well even though it was through the web with no cameras. Difficult to do with the lack of in personl interaction available due to the environment we live in today. This lack of personal interaction was no fault of the instructor. There was no video available and everything was done remotely through a chat. The instructor used what he had available and maximized the capabilities. Ten out of ten for the instructor.”

“Gave me a better understanding of writing for skimmers by learning to get to the point with action statements. Also, the examples were real so the class was able to scrutinize and revamp the material. Instructor was very knowledgeable and made the class interactive. Great training course to offer employees.”

“I thought the topic was well presented and well covered. MJ delivers his class curriculum in such a manner that makes the class want to participate. There were many points touched upon that were new to me. I had taken a business writing course at college some years back. I am sure that the County HR department will be want to schedule this to be included into the next class coming through management preparation. Thank-you so much,”
