“I enjoyed this course - even though it was very short - because it was targeted and concise. It really helped me articulate and respond to questions when Michael would ask us to point out what was wrong with a particular sentence - instead of him providing the answers. The case studies or workbook sections also really helped me remember processes that we have just learnt (applying knowledge and discussing the changes together). However, as a note taker, I would have found it useful if the PPT slides were shared with us earlier and which would have allowed us to take notes as Michael was providing examples. Great course! I would definitely recommend it to all my colleagues! Thanks”

“I definitely learned alot. I really liked the breakout sessions to keep us engaged. Unfortunately, the class is only 8 hours long, which is not the fault of the professor. This class does offer good tips and a different perspective, but, I feel like there is so much more to learn on this topic. Other than that, the class was great. Professor did a really good job. Very organized.”

“You should take this course if you have a technical background and are required to draft reports, either white papers or briefings. The course effectively covers writing tips, and it uses learning activities and writing assignments to reinforce the writing tips. I noticed a marked improvement to my writing less than halfway through the course, and now superfluous wording and ambiguity standout to me in products that I wrote before taking this course.”
