“I found the instructor to be very engaging in a virtual environment and the tips and strategies very helpful. The grammar section was a little dry and repetitive (no surprise there), and I would like to see these grammar tips integrated throughout the training instead of concentrated on the final day (even if it remains a separate lesson, it should either cover more advanced topics or be shifted to the beginning of the training course). Otherwise, a very enjoyable course. Thank you.”

“MJ did a nice job including keeping the group engaged. Learned a few nuggets. John was very knowledgeable with grammar. He had a lot of material for the time given so the pace was a bit too fast. Technology was used effectively.Overall nicely done.”

“The course material is solid and useful. I have an excellent instructor. The instructor responds to my questions and assignments very fast with precise answers and comments. I learned a lot from this course, especially from the instructor’s comments. Over all, this is a five-star course that I like to recommend to anyone who wants to have better writing skills.”

“I enjoyed this course - even though it was very short - because it was targeted and concise. It really helped me articulate and respond to questions when Michael would ask us to point out what was wrong with a particular sentence - instead of him providing the answers. The case studies or workbook sections also really helped me remember processes that we have just learnt (applying knowledge and discussing the changes together). However, as a note taker, I would have found it useful if the PPT slides were shared with us earlier and which would have allowed us to take notes as Michael was providing examples. Great course! I would definitely recommend it to all my colleagues! Thanks”
