Not sure, only took 35 each time. Seemed to have a crash effect too.

73 year male in poor health with CHF. HVMN Ketone-IQ helps me manage my angina pain. Slowly working to a vegetarian or Keto vegetarian diet. Will be using HVMN Ketone-IQ in a 15-minute high-intensity workout using Live O2 EWOT to strengthen my legs and an Upper Body Ergometer for my arms which I will modify to fit on my Nustep Tr4 exercise machine. I am replicating my cardio rehab equipment at home. Mr. B

Amazing results for me. I take 2 servings in the morning which provides great focus, energy, stamina, and appetite control. This really helps with intermittent fasting as well as with overall dietary control and regulation.

The biggest difference for me has been after two hours. Before Ketone-IQ I would have a drop off in my ability to think clearly. Putting a shot in my second bottle has kept my brain working through the ride and I think it makes for a safer ride since I'm better able to respond to whatever happens. Bonking has become a thing of the past. I'm still experimenting with it and expect to get better results as I figure out better ways to use it.

I’ve been subscribed for ~roughly 6-8 months (just paused subscription due to training offseason). I can say that Ketone IQ has made a significant difference in my training as an ultramarathoner. I would consume 30-60mL (depending on intensity of training run) and noticed a perceived drop in HR (great for training hard, but not overreaching), and an overall lower RPE. These are important for me physically and psychologically during the workout and during recovery. From a 6-day a week runner, highly recommended.

Frankly, all it seems to do is make me feel tense and irritable, even at 1/2 a dose. Sorry.
