“Great product does what it advertises. Half way through my 30 day supply. Felt immediate effect in terms of concentration and focus, also controls hunger very well. Weight loss increase was not noticeable but that will vary based on where you are with keto. Energy wise noticed slight increase in gym (increased weight by 10-30%) for reps without fatigue.
Overall would like to stay on it daily but price prohibitive for more use.”

“The product does what it sets out to do! Puts you right into deep ketosis. I get a bunch of mental and physical energy when I use this product at work. It's close to the mental feeling on day 3 of a water fast, however, there is a significant physical energy-feeling that comes with it. “I used this for a half marathon, don’t be deterred about the flavor. If you can do a shot of whiskey you can handle this. I’ve been on a keto diet for two months and drank this before the race. I felt mentally clearer and I didn’t have any issues with energy levels throughout the run or refueling. I didn’t need any carbs the entire time and opted for just the water. I would recommend it”
