Incredible high performance endurance while on the KETO Diet (Standup paddle-boarded with Dr. Michael Gervais from Catalina Island back to Redondo Beach 29 miles on only two cups of coffee and two H.V.M.N. Ketone Esters) and I use it to get right back into ketosis after a carb loading cheat day which also helps to eliminate KETO flu rebound.
