About 10 minutes later I noticed the familiar state of "mental flow" beginning to return. At 30 minutes, it was as if I had been in ketosis all along. Truly remarkable. After about 6 hours the effect had worn off and I was back to my lesser carb dependent state. But the experiment was a success!
I keep these around for when I need an extra boost at work when under a deadline. At 35 bucks a pop it is not economical to use as a daily supplement but it is great when you have those days where you REALLY need to get stuff done.”
