“I don't really know how to use this product. When I asked for information I was told to use it before my work out. I am 82 and don't work out. I do walk for an hour 3-4 time a week and do light 5lb weights in standard lifting program along with several stretches. I am wanting to have more Ketones for my brain health, which I am worried about. Do I take the one bottle dose before breakfast? Do I take it as soon as I wake up? Or do I take it some other time for optimum results? Maybe this product is not beneficial to someone my age???? Help! Sorry I can't rate it because I havent really experienced results yet!”

“I could not reach the three to four shots a day required to benefit from the benefits advertised. The required frequency was not compatible with my lifestyle and I developed a growing aversion to the taste at every shot making it harder to want to drink more, psychologically thinking: “what if there is a physiological reason for my aversion and I was making irreparable damage to my organs”. Not saying it is the case but explaining how my instinct worked. No increase in energy and focus resulted from the two shots a day I could master.”
