As a disciplined athlete I have a very strict diet. The only thing I’ve added or changed is Kentone-IQ. I used two 3 Unit bottles according to the recommended dosage. Last week I developed kidney stones for the first time in my life and landed in the Emergency Room with the most extreme pain I’ve ever experienced in my life. Calcium kidney stones are well documented in medical literature due to increased ketones and my physician confirmed Ketone-IQ is likely the cause. I should have known better… beware of Instagram Influencer 5* unregulated supplements.

My wife had a TBI from a car accident a few years back AND is ApoE 4/4. She has experienced symptoms of depression and low mood in recent times. A ketogenic diet supplemented with HMVN has dramatically reduced her symptoms, improved her focus/memory at work, and will hopefully reduce her chances of cognitive decline later in life! She tests her blood and finds an increase in ketones for 2-4 hours after taking a dose of HVMN. I also enjoy taking it from time to time for a more intense focus session or, as an alcohol substitute in a mocktail.

I take a shot then go to my math class. Great fuel while solving equations and/or following my professors chalk board presentations. I will be reordering this product.

If you mix a small bit of ice tea it's not so bad. Without it it's like drinking rotted veg oil and I don't know maybe gasoline? I put a small bit of gold peak unsweetened tea and it went down easy. Also I found it works best to take before a meal to work best. I also drank a elevate ketone drink with it and my levels lasted over 5 hrs. Put me in middle of light ketosis on breath meter got 5 hrs+

I'm surprised, but it does nothing for me but leave a bad taste in my mouth. I keep trying it since it's so dang expensive but no luck yet. I just had some about an hour ago, I'm about to fall asleep

Game Changer and another fuel for Triathletes! As a long course Triathlete racing at 70.3 (Half-Ironman) and 140.6 (IRONMAN) distances, training and race day nutrition is key. Exogenous Ketones represent the fourth macro and a third fuel source (after carbs and fats) that your body can utilitize during training and racing in order to avoid bonking and provide your body with stable fuel source.
