Great for Long Runs, but Watch Out for the Taste! :I've been using this product for my long training runs, and it has been incredibly helpful in boosting my energy and endurance. I'm really pleased with the effects and how it has improved my performance during these runs.However, I have to mention that the taste is quite bitter. It definitely requires a chaser to make it more palatable. If the taste could be improved, this product would be perfect!Overall, I would recommend it for its effectiveness, but be prepared for the taste!⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

I'm an eighty-two yr old USA Triathlon National Champion in 2022 & 2023 and have been using Ketone IQ for 2 months during which I've realized a significant energy increase during the late stages of my races

I was surprised this didn't impact my ketone levels at all. The taste is bitter, but it isn't that bad. I did notice a change with mental clarity and energy.

I am using Ketone- IQ before my runnings. I have noted a gradual improvement in my performance. I started with the normal shot size as indicated in the bottle, but I do recommend to increase the measurement to one and a half to notice a real difference and drink it at least one hour before the required energy boost is expected to kick. It keeps you focus and energised for couple of hours. I like that Ketone does not stay in your body like coffee or gels ( which keep you awake even when you have completed your exercises). I would say used at the right time and in the right amount, ketones are great. I am still trying to figure if my increased appetite is coming from the lack of ketones- as I don’t drink them every day- only two to three times a week max- or it is just natural after long runs ( I am running approx 25-28 kms a week which is not a lot compared with the need to be munching all the time if I don’t have ketones on me ) I leave the question mark for you: is there a side effect of the absence of ketones in the body to have increased sense of hungry and empty stomach?
