“On my endurance rides and races lasting 3-4 hours. I find keytone-IQ as a great supplement to give me the a boost of mental fatigue. A shot before the ride and a shot at the 2 hour and 3 hour point.”
“I like the product, I did not mind the taste, but I did have GI side effects that made using Ketone-IQ unsustainable for me. I may continue to experiment with it from time to time to see if I can over come the negative side-effects. That would be great, I am sure I could use the boost on my bike.”
“While I have little doubt of the benefits of ketones, I was sadly unable to tolerate the taste of the added and unknown "natural flavors" as well as the sweeteners stevia and monk fruit. I was also not a fan of seeing citric acid (whose commercial source is a known allergen and has been linked to swelling, stiffness, and abdominal pain), nor the preservatives potassium benzoate (known to cause hyperactivity, dizziness, insomnia) and potassium sorbate (banned in EU due to skin allergy, GI hyperplasia, and hyperactivity).
With all the marketing circles showing the product is non-GMO, gluten-free, etc., I would have been more impressed with documentation showing it was free of glyphosate residue as well.
I hope the researchers can go back to the drawing board and remove all synthetic stabilisers and additives to create a product with truly healthy sourcing of external ketones.”
“Does what it says. Energy without jitters or crashes. A couple of days of interrupted sleep but with Ketone-IQ I can keep going the next day without issue. A steady state of clean fuel does work. I used it to make it through New Year's Eve and the day after to continue visiting with friends. Added to my daily regimen for enhanced workouts and pickleball play. Clearer mental focus and better mind-body connection do a 67-year-old good.”
