“I tried this and I like the feeling and it did help me focus some. But after reading reviews saw this isn’t the stuff they make all the claims about. The Tour de France teams drank a totally different formula that they can’t make any more and they don’t really address it at all which is worse. And make wild claims (like Ozempic in a bottle lol). If you want to feel the real effect of exogenous ketones check out Ketoneaid or DeltaG. To be fair, this did have some effect, and I enjoyed it, but then tried Ketoneaid and was like ohhhh I get it. Super dialed, and I use for work and workouts.”
